Victoria Weisiger
Victoria Weisiger is the Founder of WindHorse Healing Arts Center, Inc., a role she has embraced with dedication for over 31 years. Along with WindHorse Board members Victoria holds a deep commitment to the WindHorse mission. With a background in mental health, holistic healing and a passion for supporting others on their spiritual journey, Victoria leads WindHorse with compassion and vision. She is known for her strong leadership skills, her ability to inspire those around her, and her unwavering commitment to the well-being of both clients and the community.
Jeannette Justice
Jeannette Justice serves as the Vice President of WindHorse Healing Arts Center, Inc., where she plays a vital role in the center’s operations and strategic direction. With a background in special education and a passion for holistic healing, Jeannette brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to her role. She is known for her sound healing events and commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment at WindHorse.
Katherine Barker
Katherine Barker serves as the Secretary of WindHorse Healing Arts Center, Inc., where she plays a crucial role in ensuring that the board’s functions run smoothly. With a background in criminal justice and a passion for helping others, Katherine brings a blend of skills and dedication to her role.
As Secretary, Katherine is responsible for managing the board’s correspondence and essential to helping create WindHorse community experiences. She is known for her enthusiasm and her commitment to supporting the center’s mission of promoting health and well-being.
Joan Bolduc
Joan Balduc serves as the Treasurer of WindHorse Healing Arts Center, Inc., bringing a unique background in early childhood education and literacy to her role. With a commitment to supporting holistic healing, Joan plays a crucial role in managing the center’s finances and ensuring its financial health.
In her role as Treasurer, Joan is responsible for overseeing the center’s financial operations, including assisting the board with budgeting, financial planning, and accounting. She is known for her attention to detail, her strong analytical skills, and her commitment to the WindHorse mission.
Jeremy Miller
Jeremy Miller has been a valued board member of WindHorse Healing Arts Center since 2019, where he contributes his expertise in marketing and design. Jeremy plays a crucial role in helping the center reach its audience effectively and communicate its message clearly. His creative approach and strategic insights have been instrumental in enhancing WindHorse’s visibility and impact in the community.
Patricia Austin
Patricia is an advanced practice community/public health nurse, and academician with more than 20 years of experienced in various health care delivery systems and policy development. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Bowie State University with a focus in Community /Public Health.
She is experienced in program development and evaluation, coalition building as well as meeting facilitation. Currently she is the director of the Wytheville Training School and Cultural Center.
Maggie McKivergin
Maggie McKivergin‘s dedication to WindHorse Healing Arts Center and her strategic planning skills make her a valuable asset to the board. Her long-time support and commitment to furthering the center’s mission demonstrate her deep connection to its goals and values. Maggie’s contributions help ensure that WindHorse continues to thrive and fulfill its mission of promoting health and well-being in the community.
Molly Johnston
Molly Johnston is a herbalist, healer, massage therapist who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the WindHorse Healing Arts Center board. Molly is the owner and operator of Green Spirit in Lowell, Vermont where she provides componded herbal remedys, body work, sound healing and more to the people who come seeking health and healing.
Gabriella Nightingale
Gabriella Nightingale has played a vital role in supporting WindHorse for many years. With a background in Health Care and as a published Poet, Gabriella understands the need for alternative health care opportunities in her community.
Her voice and presence on the board brings a positive, forward thinking energy to all of the WindHorse endeavors.
Christine Pepin Wiles
Christine Wiles, Licensed Reflexologist, Labyrinth Facilitator, Soul Collage
Facilitator, Nature Bathing Guide and Workshop Leader
As a licensed reflexologist specializing in face, ear, hands, and feet, I offer gentle and effective sessions
aimed at restoring balance, vitality and emotional release.
In addition to reflexology, I am also a certified labyrinth facilitator, accredited workshop leader, and
certified SoulCollage® facilitator and teacher. Guiding individuals through these transformative
experiences brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
Nature holds a special place in my heart, which is why I pursued certification as a nature bathing guide
through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Through immersive experiences in nature, I aim
to facilitate profound connections with the natural world, promoting both physical and emotional well-
being.
My love for creativity extends to my work as a holiday greenery artist, as well as my passion for fiber
arts and Zentangle®️, where I discover solace and inspiration. With family as the cornerstone of my joy,
I treasure each cherished moment spent with my loved ones as a dedicated wife and mother.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community through
volunteer work with multiple non-profit organizations, both locally and nationally.

Nathan Wiles
Nathan Wiles, Professional Labyrinth Builder and Designer
Nathan Wiles is a professional in the field of labyrinth education, building, and design. With a
background as an Interior Designer and Project Manager, Nathan draws upon his extensive skills and
experience to create labyrinth builds and facilitate workshops.
With a career spanning over 30 years in building and designing, Nathan has honed his expertise
specifically in labyrinth design and construction for over 15 years. Through his understanding of the
labyrinth, he possesses the ability to tap into the collective consciousness of individuals and groups,
bringing their visions to life.
Nathan's passion lies in unraveling the mysteries that surround us in today's diverse world, while
maintaining both a secular and non-secular approach. He aims to expand the labyrinth community by
collaborating with public schools, corporations, churches, and wellness facilities to foster education and
raise awareness about the labyrinth’s benefits.
