Making healthy choices in our daily diets can be made in a number of important and tasty ways. Below are just a few of the substitutions you can make to eat more nutritious meals

Instead of Eggs use Egg Whites
Instead of Butter use Virgin Coconut Oil: (Solid Coconut Oil works great for desserts)
Instead of White Sugar try Stevia, Agave Nectar, Honey, or Molasses
Instead Cow Milk use Soy or Rice Milk
Instead Wheat Flour try Spelt or Rice Flour
Instead of Vegetable Oil use  Expeller-pressed Canola, or Safflower, Peanut for high temperatures
